| A: LMturbo offer a 12-month warranty for each piece of turbo, any product proved to be faulty is replaced free-of charge or credited at the discretion of LM Turbo. Direct, indirect, or consequential damage or loss resulting from any claim is not the liability of LM Turbo. The liability for damage or loss shall not exceed the value of the LM Turbo parts involved in the claim. |

| Q: What is the Min QTY if I need LMturbo make a special model for me? |
| A: Send us your turbo spec drawing or your turbo samples, we can develop turbos as your special requirments. The min QTY should be over of 200 pieces for both complete turbo and CHRA. Spare parts should be over 500 pieces. |

| Q: What is payment options? |
A: a. All prices are FOB USD or Eruo Dalian Port or Shanghai PortChina.
b. If order value is less than US$5000, US$50 additional bank fee will be charged.
c. payment by TT is made all in advance when the order value is less than US$20000;
if the order value is over of US$20000,60% payment is made first. The remain 40% is made when the turbos are ready;
Letter of Credit at sight is also accepted if order value is over of US$60000. |
